Picard Vins & Spiritueux a French wine and spirits group has acquired the Tullibardine distillery.
Tullibardine distillery was owned by a group of private investors who brought the distillery in 2003 after it had been mothballed under its previous owners for 10 years. I havent heard any details of what was paid for the distillery but i guess the group of investors were made an offer they couldnt refuse because they cleary stated earlier this year that it was definitely not for sale. I guess everything has its price. |
