|
|
I have a bottle of beautifully boxed Grand Parr Elizabethan that is in an outer carrier, sleeve with a book of The Golden Age with lovely illustrations and a sealed and waxed bottle dipicting Henry III, Elizabath I, James I and Old Parr - I have put it on ebay but don't know if this is a very valuable bottle or not? Any comments or suggestions would be welcome.
The listing address for those that want to view it and see if it is a decent whisky is:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GRAND-PARR-ELIZABETHAN-WHISKY-Fine-Rare-Limited-Edition-236-252-/280746030670?pt=UK_Collectables_Advertising_ET&hash=item415dc4764e
Any comments about this whisky and/or its value would be appreciated.[/b] _________________ adele |

The Whisky Exchange did have a bottle of Old Parr Elizabethan a while back which they were selling for £1500 Of course this was the shop price and not what you would get in a private sale. In a private sale you would maybe expect around half the shop price.
Adele you could try contacting The Whisky Exchange as they buy as well as sell whisky, so they may make you an offer for your bottle.
