just to let you know,earl haakon has hit the highland park online shop.it`s limited to 3,300 bottles worldwide and they`re £160 a pop _________________ why oh why are we taxed to death, less tax more whisky |

| isnt £160 almost double the price of the Earl Magnus and Saint Magnus when they were released, although tis is a more limited release |

yeh the Earl Magnus was £85 and the Saint Magnus wasnt much more. Looks like the Earl Haakon is priced for the collectors and not the drinkers, damn collectors  |

thats them sold out now.i thought it would have taken a bit longer at £160 each.and lo and behold one hits ebay with a start bid of £250 _________________ why oh why are we taxed to death, less tax more whisky |

I think the whisky companies know there market and HP knew that they could easily sell 3300 bottles of a special release Highland Park for this price. Unfortunately it shows us what price we should expect future HP special releases to be  |
