Auchentoshan 1975 Limited Edition 36 year old

Nose: Brown sugar sweetness, vanilla, honey, creamy butter tablet, raisins and caramel.

Taste: Lovely layers of sweetness, light citrus notes, vanilla, honey. Gentle oak spice.

Finish: Long and delicious. Sweet barley showing now, rum fudge, light dry wood spice.

Comment: Loved it, one of the best Auchentoshans that I have had the pleasure of. I could nose and taste this one all night. 36 years old and the oak certainly hasn't taken over, absolutely delicious from nosing to finish. The ideal dram for relaxing on a warm summers night.
