I just got this bottle and i am wondering if any one knows anything about it?
all i know is that it was distilled by tim morrison and auchentoshan distillery, for daily record / sunday mail

Just a guess but i would think this is to big a bottle to have been a freebie reader giveaway, so probably available to readers to buy or a staff bottling. I would suggest contacting the Daily Reecord, didnt they used to have some sort of readers questions column (a while since i have seen it) I am sure they will ask around the Record/Mail offices if you send them a pic of the bottle.
i did think about doing this but dont know if they would get back to me, i did find out that tim morrison left bowmore / auchentoshan during the late 80's so i presume this bottle is around 20 years old. but any other information any one has would be helpful.
