A sign of the standard of the event i think. |

Getting back into the swing of things for this year. We have 30+ tables filled of the 40 available and tickets are all but sold out at The Arches (20-30 left, I believe). Tam's Drams has a few in Finnieston too but that's about it.
Some new faces for this year as well as many from last year. I'll update the website this weekend, hopefully, and put the full list up of who's coming so far.
Thanks again to everyone for their support. _________________ http://www.thegoodspiritsco.com

Yes a great event and and plenty of whisky to keep me entertained.
A few of my highlights were
Glengoyne Teapot Dram, big sherried dram which ich is normally only available at the distillery.
Longrow 14 Burgundy wood, just bottled
Port Dundas Clan Denny Douglas Laing
One bad point was the lack of bottled water, these seemed to run out pretty quickly, was left with chloronated tap water in jugs, wasnt imoressed with this at all. |

| Really enjoyed my trip up, good selection of whisky. I have to say i noticed the tap water in jugs when the bottle run out, should have really had some of those water fountains dotted around. |

Another great festival, my highlights were
Laphroaig 18 1993 Old Malt Cask Douglas Laing, excellent
Compass Box Last Vatted Malt and the Last Vatted Grain, both excellent
Had the Glengoyne Teapot Dram also, nice big sheeried dram
Very busy at the Old Pulteney stall with the 21 being very popular had a taste but my personal choice wopuld still be the Old Puteney 17.
Had a few from the master of malt own label range, forgotten the exact details but they had a Bowmore 27 and a Dailuaine 27 which were very good. _________________ There's no bad whisky. Just good whisky and better whisky. |
