Hi Guys!

It would be great if someone could help to identify this bottle...
I want to surprise our Granny for her Birthday with a full one of this, seems to be hard - don't find one..

It was a present to the family once, when Grandpa was still around (..& helped emptying Top Malt ) The one who gave it to them is gone too.

It's in the shelf since then, empty. It would be a great reminder of old memories, looking at and of course tasting it again..

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

We don't know how to search, because there's no date on it, or how this type of "edition" was called, and when it was sold.

Is anyone around who knows something about it, where to look / how to search?

Thank you!

I believe this decanter is from the 1970s, you may get lucky and find one in a whisky specialist shop or whisky auction. They did have one available at The Whisky Exchange but it is sold out now

I very much doubt that it would have been an empty bottle TWE was selling. That is the way you may buy some decanters, with the ceramic/cork not yet inserted and a seal/cork in the decanter for shipping.
