|
|
I've tried Glenmorangie The Original and enjoyed it. Now I'm interested in the 12 year range. Was wondering which I should try first? Between Lasanta, Quinta Ruban, and Nectar d'Or, which do you prefer? How do they differ?
Advise appreciated |

I prefer the Quinta Ruban between the three. The Nectar d'or is a bit too sweet for me, while I think there are better sherry finishes around than the Lasanta. Having said all that, I like my Glenmorangie au naturel, so I prefer the 10 year-old to all the finishes! |

I bought 2 more bottles a cpl weeks ago of lasanta and Quinta Ruban when they were on offer at green welly, and my preference is for Quinta Ruban, but havent tried Nectar d'or yet, but both are tasty & easy drinking scotch, along with original 10. GL |

This is a tough one. I'd have to go with the nectar d'or. The Quinta ruban is excellent too but knowing the Tomatin 14 is also available and pretty similar, the nectar d'or is quite unique from anything available here in comparison. |

Personally I enjoy all 3, I wouldn't say 1 is particularly better than the other just different. Having said that I probably drink the Quinta Ruban more often than the others. |
