Neat-
Nose: Sweet, sherry, Christmas cake, smoke, candied parsnips, aromatic, floral, clover, heather, meadow, stewed prunes, smoked salmon on a bagel, honey, vanilla.
Palate:Orange, zesty, sherry, mild spice, orange peel.
Finish: Minty, spice, hint of peat, peppery.
With Water-
Nose:Cantaloupe, bananas, smoke, mild peat, stewed prunes, hint of black truffle, oak, bark, fruit cake, mossy, wet hay, meringue, hint of dandelion.
Palate:Brandy, touch of sweetness, mild spice, hint of black licorice, spicy honey, beeswax, celery heart.
Finish: Spice, mint, chewy, black olive, hint of leather, waff of BBQ smoked salmon. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
