Mmmm...interesting....then it could mean a target market, not a serial number. The strange thing is that the bottle was located in Spain, although I'm not sure about its provenance....

I don't think adding ice is bad, if you happen to enjoy whisky that way. Whisky should be drunk in the way you better enjoy it. So if you're happy with your ice, stick to it I would say. ...

Chivas Regal 18 is an incredible value for money in my humble opinion.
