I can't believe how much I am enjoying it!!
Previously, I wouldn't even open up the bottle??

Tried a couple of sherry whiskies tonight. First one was the Glendronach 15 Revival, the second one was the Aberlour A'Bunadh. Both absolutely lovely Wink

I love my whisky and want to keep my learning going.
I think I should now move on to the peated whisky's!!

I opened a bottle of anCnoc 12 tonight.
When I opened it, the cork actually popped out and a bit of "gas vapour" came out of the bottle.

After the smelling etc before water, they dilute it to taste it.
