Macallan confirmed the bottle is 100% legit and perfect.

"A technical error" on their behalf.

quick update

1) bottle is not open
2) I emailed Macallan again last week (Nov 23rd) and this time they said they would look into the matter.

Send them over receipt, website of vendor, hologram ...

first post here. Just picked up a Macallan 21 Fine Oak Triple cask from a reputable vendor in Mexico.

My question/concern is that the QR Hologram from Macallan sends me to the Macallan p ...
