I never add any water at all, i think it can dilute out more flavour than what it reveals.

I am a fan of Islay whiskies but the Bowmore 12 year old does not do it for me. Out of this lot my vote vote goes to the Highland Park 12 year old, nice dram for your money.

Top Malt The Ardbeg 10 gets my vote, for me it is simply the best Islay single malt for your money.
