My first scotch that I bought was Ardbeg 10, others bought for me the Macallan directors edition and many other Speysiders.

"There's the pop" the cork sound is the best part.

Ardbeg and Bruichladdich have the best cork sounds in my humble opinion.

I would love to try this however with me back in school I will be sticking to the more basic Islay's like Ardbeg 10 and the occasional Ardbeg Uiggie/

My first bottle of single malt scotch was Highland Park 12 of bourbon was the poor bulliet bourbon when I was 20.

A fantastic Islay, a touch more salt in the bottle I had then expected but a fun dram with so many good qualities.

Tonight calls for Talisker Distillers Edition.

I have a bottle of Talisker 2013 distillers edition and it is fantastic, as of right now I have not gotten a bottle of Talisker 10 or storm because the 10 is way overpriced at bevmo.
