To follow up on this. With so many 8 year old releases coming out lately, and becoming a bit of a standard. And a couple of more high end 12 year olds coming out, like the Glenturret, is the 12 year old becoming the new 15 year old?

(Don't know if I'm making any sense ) Laughing

Scotchnthings - It would probably make more sense after a couple of drams, but I know what you’re saying! Does that mean 15 is the new 18?… I hope that doesn’t sound too “Jimmy Saville” - if so then it wasn’t intended.

FBI is on the way. Except of course if you work for the BBC. Then they will send Prince Andrew instead.

Before it changed I regularly sipped the glenlivit 12, just sipping my way through the ANtiquary 12 and quite enjoying it,

Ralfy - I’m interested in your comment about Glenlivet 12. It’s currently on offer at all the supermarkets for just £28, so very tempted… but is it not all that good?

Duncan, it's really ok not great but easy drinking, for me it's lost it's apples, I liked it back in 2012 until they stopped selling it then bringing it back rebranded, it's probably just as good but tastes different to me ,, I must try it again but I think I know what I will think .
