From whiakyphiles
Overall
A light and fruity expression similar in many ways to Glengoyne’s spirit character, soft and gentle on the palate but with hints of the rich and spicy Oloroso casks also.
Score 80/100 |

Between the Glengoyne Cuartillo and Balbaina travel retail offerings I prefered the Cuartillo which for me was a little lesser sherried, down to personal taste I suppose the Balbaina was slightly higher strength if I recall correctly which was in its favour bothe were easily drunk.Glengoyne Cuartillo 83/100 and Balbaina 80/100 |
