Tasting Notes-:
NEAT-
Nose: Sweet, vanilla variations (refined and light to deep and pungent), fruity, caramels, toffee, sweet rhubarb. melons, syrup and stewed sweet fruit.
Palate: Notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, spiced liqueur, creamy butter, juicy, woody and salty notes.
Finish: Creamy metamorphosing to drying, spice, leather, pithy dryness, lingering, honey residue with full-body finish at the end.
This dram has a wonderful nose and many elements that make it a quite desirable Canadian whisky. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
