Nose: Crème brûl?e & vanilla ice cream with Black Forest Gateau. Smells like a runaway dessert trolley doused in sherry and set alight.
Palate: Warm and spicy. Dark cherries, sweet vanilla, dark bitter chocolate, warm soft spice, slight saltiness.
Finish: Soft oak and a hint of salt
