I have the following bottle for sale:
Bowmore
12yo
40%
75cl
'dumpy' bottle (1980s)

I haven't sold whisky before, so I've been reading previous posts to find out more information and it seems ebay may be the way to go, unless I can find a private buyer.
What I would like to know, however, is how much I should be asking for this bottle.
Through online shops it seems to be marked around £200. I don't have the display tube to accompany the bottle - does this matter? Also, the label on the reverse of the bottle has a few small scratches (I have pictures, but I'm not sure how to upload them). Does this type of cosmetic damage to the bottle stand to devalue the product? The whisky itself is, obviously, unaffected.
