With more and more distilleries opening in Scotland and more official and independent bottlings available, one has to be more discerning in their purchases. Off the top of my head, things I would always like on my shelf, would be: Ledaig, Kilkerran, Port Charlotte, Edradour, Arran, Laphroaig. |

Ledaig 10 and 18 are always good pours and i am in the process of discovering Glenallachie, their 12 year old is particularly good. Not a fan of Arran. |
