Ardbeg Uigeadail. Islay malts are definitely my favourites, with Ardbeg top of the list. I normally drink the 10 year old but I had a bottle of Ardbeg Uigeadail and it was superb. _________________ Never do today what you can put off till tomorrow. |

Caol Ila is my favourite but Laphy & Laga also hit the spot,
Caol Ila is an excellent alternative to Port Ellen _________________ Pour me a glass please. |

The best whisky I have ever drink (on top of almost 300 tasting) is the Bunnahabhain 1987 25 years cask 2557 from Archives botller
However, my favourite distillery is Kilchoman which produce a very good quality malt at an affordable price.
Of course, Laphroaig remains a strong value _________________ Whisky lover... |

Kilchoman really needs to be included.
Mahir Bay is right up there with Ardbeg Uigeadail for me. Absolutely delicious stuff! |

Another vote among the many above for Lagavulin 16. I especially like it as an after dinner drink, & particularly if that dinner was a good charcoal grilled ribeye steak. |
