Here are my notes from last night for this 8 year old expression-

Neat-
Nose: Young and fruity, honey dew melon, kiwi and summer flowers.

Palate: Spicy, sunflowers, citrus and lemon rind.

Finish: Smore's by a campsite fire, library leather and cedar chest.

This is a nice dram in its own right. It is quite a contrast to the cask strength potent drams I had during the tasting last night.

I have tried a few of the Kilkerran Work in Progress releases over the past few years and it is starting to show sign of maturing, always a pleasant dram.

Late to this party I know, must have missed it back in November.

I tried a WiP 5yo Bourbon last year and it was really nice. Classic, clean, more-ish Bourbon character.
