The
Glenfiddich Reserve Cask is deliciously
smooth, sweet and spicier with each
mouthful.
 The
Glenfiddich Reserve Cask is the second of three
whiskies in the new travel retail
exclusive Glenfiddich Cask Collection.
It was matured in distinctive
Spanish sherry casks, then finished for
at least 2 months in the Reserve Cask Solera Vat which
Glenfiddich have constructed in
Warehouse 8 at the distillery in Dufftown to
create this new expression.
The
Glenfiddich Reserve Cask was bottled at
40% ABV, 1 litre bottle and will be
available in global travel retail
outlets from this month. RRP £50.00

Morrison's Tasting Notes:
Nose:
A deliciously inviting nose, full of
subtleties, some sweet baked apple pie,
mandarin orange, raisins, touch of
ginger, oak spice.
Taste:
The subtle sweetness balances well with
the oak spice. Citrusy, chocolate
raisin, vanilla fudge, sugared almond,
touch of ginger and cinnamon.
Finish:
Deliciously long, slowly mildly drying.
Sweet, spicy, zesty
orange, nutty a touch of cinnamon, coffee and vanilla.
Comment:
Deliciously smooth, sweet and spicier with each mouthful.
A lovely lingering finish.
