Old Pulteney Flotilla 2005 the third release in the Flotilla limited edition series.

Old Pulteney continues its maritime link with the launch of Old Pulteney Flotilla 2005 which is the third Flotilla Vintage release from the Wick distillery, this latest limited edition will be available in France.

The new 2005 vintage was matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour, non chill-filtered and will be launched this coming weekend 26th and 27th September at Whisky Live Paris in collaboration with La Maison du Whisky, with a limited release of 12,000 bottles destined for independent retailers in France.

Flotilla - a fleet of boats or small ships – is rooted in the old French word ‘flote’ meaning multitude, and this latest release follows the success of Old Pulteney's award winning Flotilla 2000 and 2004 vintages amongst the whisky’s French fans.
