The Macallan Limited Edition MMXI Joins 1824 Collection

The latest and most elegant addition to the award-winning Macallan 1824 Collection, which is exclusive to travel retail, is being unveiled in selected airports around the world.

The Macallan 1824 Collection Limited Release MMXI consists of just 1,824 bottles of a single malt whisky which has been selected at the peak of its maturity to reveal exceptional depth of flavour.

Bottled at 48.2% ABV, The Macallan Limited Release MMXI has been aged in sherry oak casks, some of which were first fill, creating fruity characteristics with hints of toffee apple, caramelised ginger and spice, with a long finish.

This super-premium addition to the 1824 Collection is presented in a beautiful decanter, which sets off its deep mahogany tones, topped with a silver dress stopper and set in a luxurious rosewood burl display box.

The Macallan Limited Release MMXI is being rolled out in high profile locations such as the Tasa Meng store in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, Sky Connection in Hong Kong and with Lotte in Seoul Incheon.
