The Kilchoman
Club 3rd Madeira Cask bottling just in
time to put in your Christmas stocking.
 Kilchoman
fans will be pleased to hear that the
distillery has announced the release of
one last treat for 2014, the Kilchoman
Club 3rd Edition bottling which will be
released on the 1st December, just in
time for Christmas.
The bottling
is a vatting of Madeira casks, distilled
on February 11th 2010 and bottled today,
November 24th. Just over 600 bottles of
the limited release will be available
exclusively to members of the Kilchoman
Club from 10am GMT on December 1st 2014
direct from the Kilchoman website shop.
I you are not yet a member I suggest you
get over to the Kilchoman website now
and sign up for free or you will have no
hope of getting your hands on a bottle.
As with previous years bottlings
each bottle of the Kilchoman Club 3rd
Edition Madeira Cask will be
individually numbered and bottled at
cask strength, 58.4% ABV. Priced at
£75.00 per bottle and due to the limited
number of bottles members are limited to
one bottle per person.

Wills, the Kilchoman Managing Director
commented; "We filled a small number of
Madeira casks in early 2010 as a bit of
an experiment and we are very happy with
the results; the strong, robust Madeira
maturation has certainly made its
presence felt, that said the spirit
retains a lot of the classic Kilchoman
characteristics”
"I wanted to offer our members something
they wouldn’t have tried from us before.
It’s a shame we couldn’t have made more
bottles available but we need to retain
some stock for future releases."
Kilchoman Club members will find the new
whisky under the "Exclusive Releases"
tab once they log into the website, from
the 1st December.
