Jura Whisky
and Jura Coffee create the perfect blend
Jura single malt whisky has teamed up
with Jura, the Swiss coffee specialists,
to create a range of whisky and coffee
pairings for the ultimate in indulgent
after dinner experiences.
As part of the collaboration between the
two brands, customers who purchase a new
Jura coffee machine are offered a free
taster pack of Jura whiskies, along with
a pack of Jura coffee and a box of
luxury chocolates, simply by completing
and returning the warranty registration
form.
Whyte & Mackay’s master blender,
Richard Paterson, has worked with Jura
Coffee to create the pairings, combining
each of Jura’s core expressions with a
different blend of coffee.
The Jura
Whisky & Coffee Pairings:
Jura Superstition’s hint of peat
smoke and spice, alongside the top
note of bitter chocolate and burnt
wood in Impressa Blend, makes it an
ideal companion.
Jura 10 year old’s light and
delicate style works well with the warm
and attractive spicy roasted coffee
notes of the India Malabar Monsooned
Indien.
The rich and full bodied
qualities of Jura 16 year old lend
themselves beautifully to the fruity
yet spiciness of the Fazenda da
Lagoa coffee.
For an after dinner coffee to truly
be memorable, pair Jura 21 year old
together with the World of Coffee Blend.
The coffee’s warm notes of chocolate,
molasses and muscavado complement the
limited edition whisky fantastically.

"It’s long been recognised that coffee
and whisky complement each other, so
it’s been a delight to work with our
namesake - JURA Coffee – to help create
these pairings. The combinations that
we’ve chosen really highlight the full
range of special signature flavours
within our single malt whiskies, whilst
bringing out the full flavour of each
blend of coffee. The two together will
definitely give you a taste experience
to savour."
