The
Glenfiddich Rare Oak 25 year old, an
enticingly rich expression packed with
complex aromas and flavours.
 The
Glenfiddich Rare Oak 25 year old was
launched exclusively in travel retail
initially in Singapore earlier this year
and has since been rolled out in travel
retail outlets worldwide.
The
Glenfiddich Rare Oak 25 Year Old was
matured in European sherry butts and
American bourbon barrels. Over two and a
half decades, the wood from the large
Spanish sherry butts has gradually given the
whisky deeper, richer fruit flavours.
The smaller American oak barrels imparted
flavour much quicker and infused this
mature single malt with soft
vanilla notes and a hint of spice.
The whisky was finally married together in small
batches and bottle at 43% ABV, as you
would expect from the choice of casks
used to mature this premium whisky it is
packed with complex aromas and
flavours.

traditional Glenfiddich style, the
signature fruity flavours have developed

enjoyed by the single malt enthusiast."

in a stylish clear glass
bottle, embellished with gold lettering.

Producer's Tasting Notes:
Nose: An invitingly sweet, oaky aroma with hints of lime
marmalade and oily dried fruits.
Taste:
Creamy, velvety smooth and slightly
spicy. A rich, rounded vanilla sweetness
with caramelised. Demerara sugar and
toasted almonds. Hints of spice develop
over time – cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg
and cloves.
Finish: Sweet with a lingering spiciness.
