Glenfiddich Millennium Vintage Limited Edition

The Glenfiddich Millennium Vintage Limited Edition single malt whisky is the latest exclusive from Glenfiddich. This premium whisky was laid down at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown during the Millennium celebrations in 2000, and bottled in 2012 from casks personally hand selected by Brian Kinsman, the Glenfiddich Malt Master.

After maturing for 12 years in European and American oak casks, this single vatting has been exclusively finished in bourbon barrels for two months to layer in extra flavours of intense vanilla and rich fruit. The whisky was distilled and placed into casks during the Millennium celebrations of 2000 and bottled in 2012 from casks hand selected by Brian Kinsman, the Glenfiddich Malt Master.

This new vintage was unveiled in the World Duty Free stores at London Heathrow last Friday July 13 where it is exclusively available for 12 days. On July 25, the limited edition whisky will then be rolled out to all World Duty Free stores across the UK, priced £39.99.

This exciting and unique launch is being extensively supported by both World Duty Free Group and BAA with digital and social media promotion and extensive advertising and high profile sampling activations at Heathrow, Glasgow and Aberdeen airports.
