The Edinburgh
Whisky Stramash, the glorious rammy
returns.

Following the success of the
inaugural Edinburgh Whisky Stramash in
2012 those of you who had the pleasure
of attending will be pleased to hear the
Stramash will be returning to The
Surgeon’s Hall in Edinburgh on Saturday
25th and Sunday 26th May.
Those
of you who didn't attend last year and
are not familiar with the Edinburgh
Whisky Stramash, well it is a very
unique whisky event. The Stramash is an
encounter of many elements and
experiences and you can expect the
opportunity to sample if you wish, a
huge array of amazing whiskies from
Scotland and abroad.
The Whisky
Stramash is very much at home in the
city Edinburgh, host of the world famous
Fringe Festival. It brings the wonderful
world of whisky to the masses in a new
and innovative way, the Whisky Stramash
will excite the purists, tempt the
interested and intrigue indifferent once
again.
Famed for mad cap pioneering and
ridiculous secrecy the Stramash combines
the opportunity to try a huge array of
amazing drams with fantastically
eccentric experiences and installations
to tantalise the senses. The Stramash is
an event of mystery, entertainment,
comicality and madcap pioneering.
Held at The Surgeon’s Hall in Edinburgh,
a dramatic venue steeped in great whisky
history, this year’s exhibits include
Glenfiddich’s virtual Warehouse 47,
Deanston’s interactive vintage photo
wall, a pop up speakeasy and molecular
mixology, with more to be revealed soon.
The Stramash will be held on three
sessions over the 25th and 26th of May
2013.
