photos for inclusion on the Big Peat’s
Pals Feis Ile Edition 2019.
Fans
of Douglas Laing's popular peaty Islay
blended mat whisky Big Peat may recall
them releasing a "Big Peat’s Pals" Feis
Ile Edition back in 2017 where the the
tube the whisky was presented in
featured the faces of over 300 fans of
the peaty blend from all over the world.
I said at the time that it was a very
clever piece of marketing from DL, well
they have just announced that they plan
to do it again.
They are offering Whisky fans a unique
opportunity to see their photo feature
on the limited edition packaging for
Islay’s Festival in 2019. This time
around they are offering up to 450 Big
Peat devotees the opportunity to see
their photo feature on the Big Peat’s
Pals Feis Ile Edition 2019 limited
edition packaging.
Keen Whisky fans are invited to send
their "selfie" (with Big Peat’s
trademark grimace encouraged) to

Edition 2019 will proudly display the
faces of up to 450 devotees, whilst the
Whisky inside promises to deliver a
sooty, leathery, maritime blast of
Islay, and will be offered without
colouring or chill-filtration.
The family firm says that it so
frequently receives photos of avid Big
Peat aficionados, along with regular
enquiries about the inaugural Big Peat’s
Pals Edition (released in 2017) that it
felt only right to bring back one of the
most popular Big Peat Limited Editions
ever.
Big Peat’s Pals Feis Ile Edition will be
