House of
Suntory launches shop-in-shop at
Singapore Changi T4.

The House of Suntory, recognised as the
pioneer of Japanese whisky, has joined
forces with Changi Airport Group and
Lotte Duty Free Singapore to launch an
immersive shop-in-shop boutique at
Singapore Changi Airport T4.
Located in Terminal 4’s main departures
area, this boutique spans approximately
30 square meters and follows The House
of Suntory’s inaugural travel retail
shop-in-shop, which opened earlier this
year in Lotte Duty Free’s renovated
central duplex store in Changi’s
Terminal 3.
Inspired by the beauty of Japan’s
natural landscapes and refined with
Japanese craftsmanship, the boutique is
crafted to provide travellers with an
illuminated gateway into The House of
Suntory’s world. This space acts as a
portal, inviting visitors on a
multisensory journey meant to foster a
deep and lasting bond with the brand’s
exceptional portfolio.
Within the shop, travellers can explore
the full collection of renowned Suntory
whiskies—including Yamazaki, Hakushu,
and Hibiki—alongside other specialty
spirits such as AO, Toki, Roku Gin, and
Haku Vodka.
Showcasing The House of Suntory’s
distinctive design, the boutique
incorporates eye-catching elements,
including large display screens that
draw travellers attention from afar.
These screens shift to reflect seasonal
changes, mirroring the natural world
that influences Suntory's spirits.
Interactive discovery stations with
digital screens offer visitors an
immersive experience, enhanced by a
mobile Tasting Table where they can
sample a curated selection of craft
spirits.
"Travel retail is a vital brand-building
channel for the group,” noted Suntory
Global Spirits Managing Director Global
Travel Retail Ashish Gandham. “I am
delighted to further expand our presence
at such a key airport location, in
partnership with CAG and LOTTE DUTY
FREE."
Gandham continued: "This beautiful
boutique is another perfect showcase for
The House of Suntory’s exceptional
portfolio of spirits, and exemplifies
our commitment to delivering high
quality innovation and rich experiences
for our customers."
LOTTE DUTY FREE Singapore Managing
Director Jeff Jeong Soongyu commented:
"The high-end Japanese whisky category
continues to perform positively, and
this new shop-in-shop boutique will
allow Lotte to further strengthen its
offering and leverage demand.
"We understand that our discerning
customers seek innovation and memorable
experiences when they travel. This
specialised boutique diversifies Lotte’s
