Hi can anyone recommend me a whisky similar to Tobermory 10 year old? Im not that keen on very sweet whisky. I like whiskies that have some sourness in them. I loved the Tobermory 10. I believe it was aged in mainly refill ex bourbon casks rather than first fill.

I would suggest that you may enjoy Deanston 12, Old Pultrney 12 or Glencadam 10

Thanks for your reply. I love Old Pulteney 12, 17 and Glencadam 10, 15. Not had them for a few years I've been trying other things. I haven't tried the Deanston 12 yet but I will definitely buy a bottle soon.
