Hello!
My name is Valentin TRUSCA. I am from Romania, Europe.
I collaborate with a Romanian company that invented and produces the first and only burner in the world that burns biomass pellets (pellets obtained from dry grass, any chopped and pelleted wood scraps, wheat straw and corn cobs, alfalfa, clover , dry leaves).
These burners burn pelletized biomass at temperatures above 1200 degrees Celsius. It is equipped with an ash collector, combustion accelerator and self-cleaning. Eco Hornet burners can replace fossil fuels with old or new equipment running on: LPG, CLU, methane gas, diesel, fuel oil, oil, wood, coal.
The power of these burners is between 20 Kw and 600 Kw.
The patent for this revolutionary burner has been awarded at many international invention fairs.
The cost of producing a thermal MegaWatt is twice as low as using natural gas. For 1 Mega Watt thermal, 220 kg of pellets obtained from vegetable waste and 180 kg of stains obtained from wood are used.
If you can safely produce biomass pellets, the price per / kg of pellets decreases two or three times.
The Eco Hornet company also produces pellet boilers for the production of heat, hot water, superheated water, steam, diatomic oil. The power of these plants is between 20 Kw and 500 kw.
It also produces pellet burners on radiant tubes ideal for heating high spaces (production halls). Radiant tubes are heated simultaneously by radiation, hot air and water.
The fourth range of products is represented by pellet air generators. They produce hot air and superheated air at 300 degrees Celsius. These air generators have powers between 20 - 600 kw.
Use
- bakeries, pizzerias, kitchens;
- conferring and dehydration
- grain dryers, biomass;
- constructions (works in the cold season);
- heating halls, tents, hangars, greenhouses;
- in very cold areas at - 45 ° C (Alaska, Siberia, Greenland, etc.)
In the picture you have a still for getting uzzo from Greece that works with a pellet burner manufactured by Eco Hornet.
If we have aroused your interest in these solutions for the production of heat, hot air, hot water and technological steam, I am at your disposal with additional information.
