Is anyone interested in cask 88's folklore series? Nice looking bottles. Prices seem to be pretty high. Anyone tried any? The latest 28 year.old Bowmore is interesting me slightly

Never really tried Bowmore from the late 80's early 90's. Arent they considered soapy and perfumy ? Were they all bad ?

they seem to have an odd website, they want you to enter your email address to verify your age just to look at the site. I have found some older indie Bowmores hit or miss and just stick to distillery bottlings for the higher priced bottlings

I do have the complete folklore series till date, including the 47yo ben nevis. Most likely will keep them the complete the series with one final release

It's sold out now I see. This one didn't last long. The Laphroaig seems to be hanging around a while.
