Irish Distillers has unveiled a new permanent addition to their Redbreast Irish single pot still whiskey range, the Redbreast 27 Year Old, a cask strength combination of American Bourbon, sherry and port cask matured Irish pot still whiskey

I know it is cask strength but still a big jump in price above the 21 which is outstandingly good. I cant resist though so I am sure I will have a bottle at some point.
