When I think chocolate I think Glenmorangie the Quinta Ruben or one of the private editions. Or get some nice chocolate and pair with a whisky. Personally like Jura with Fry's dark chocolate or a gentle speyside with cadburys dairy milk.

I used to get milk chocolate notes in the Glendronach 12 and dark chocolate notes in the Glendronach 15, but it's been a while since I've had either so I can't vouch for them right now. (the 15 especially has undergone changes since I've last had it)

The star for me would be Glenmorangie Signet. it's little pricey.

Not chocolatey as such but Glenmorangie Milsean is just like a sweet shop. Too sweet for me but some folks dig it.

Definitely this. Solid pick. And can be had for (relatively) sensible money if you keep an eye on Amazon price fluctuations

If you're a member, the SMWS latest outturns may be a good source of these.

I have enjoyed "Ginger enrobed in Chocolate" (Gelnallachie) and "Salted Malted Cupcakes" (Ledaig) but these are now sold out.

Ben Nevis is the most chocolaty whisky I have had by a long way.

On the low end of the price spectrum you could always try Jameson's Cask Mates: Stout Edition, as that Stout Cask finish really imparts a lovely milk chocolate characteristic to the whiskey.

Serious question: do you guys actually get chocolate notes in the Glenmorangie Signet, and are you sure they have nothing to do with the fact that they use 'chocolate barley malt'?

The power of suggestion can be very strong...
