Hopefully they select something interesting to bottle for the charity, I know Doddie does a lot of good work for the cause, if it is in my price range I will grab a bottle..

Just an update on this, Doddie Weir has visited the Glenkinchie distillery and selected a 19 Year Old single sherry cask to be bottled for his 'My Name’5Doddie Foundation'

I will update you when I get further info about when and where and for how much the limited edition Glenkinchie 19 Year Old single sherry cask bottling will be available for.

I saw Doddie Weir on BBC news today, he really does work hard to raise funds for MND, I hope the bottle raises loads.

This sounds really interesting, I hope it sells well, its for a great cause.
Glenkinchie does not get many headlines but it is a decent dram and underrated as a distillery.

Hi folks,

I hope you don't mind me resurrecting an old thread. We're running a charity auction raising money for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation. My Dad passed away last year from MND so it's a cause very close to my heart.

We have a few whisky bottles in the auction, but of particular interest is a bottle of the special edition My Name'5 Doddie Glenkinchie 16 Year Old.

Auction: www.jumblebee.co.uk/munros4mnd

This is one of only 378 bottles produced.

Hopefully it's of interest!
Cheers!
