Thoroughly enjoyed the Jack Rose on a trip in March 2018. Reserved a booth table in their Dining Saloon although they have other floors where full dinner service is not available...its just drinks and/or small appetizers. 2800 + whisk(e)ys...their dinner menu was one laminated page, the whisk(e)y menu was a 1" binder broken down into categories. Food was decent but not why you go. We had an amazing time and great service. Definitely a place to go to try stuff you can't get anywhere else. They offer 1 or 2 oz. pours. If you want a table for dinner service make sure to reserve a booth WAY in advance...the floor for dinner service is small and there are only 4 large booths. The rest are tables with chairs that contend with bar overflow.

2800 + whisk(e)ys is an impressive choice _________________ There's no bad whisky. Just good whisky and better whisky. |

That it is. A beautiful sight....the walls are lined with the bottles. Only tried 4 the night we were there. Plenty of reasons to go back! |

Really enjoyed this place when I visited earlier this year. Sampled a couple of cracking Blackadder bottlings - Ledaig and Invergordon. _________________ Inverness Whisky
