Murray Cohen (aka Quaich1) takes a look at the original wheated bourbon Old Weller Antique Original 107 Straight Bourbon. A rather difficult bourbon whiskey to get hold of due to the rave reviews it has had, this is what Murray thought of it...

Great review, unfortunately I was unable to get hold of a bottle of this, pity as it wasn't expensive. |

If you like the sweeter side of bourbon with a wheater then this is really good stuff. Shame it's not available really any more as it was a given at £30. The 12yo, in my opinion, is a better whisky but again impossible the find. "Poor man's Pappy" as this is known....... _________________ "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whisky is barely enough." |
