Hello again
Once again I found myself looking for information on the newest glenmorangie release.
Reading through the latest Whisky magazine I noticed a new release called Duthac
Does anyone know any more information?
Is it a new travel only release? |

There is a St Duthac church in Tain which has been there longer than the Glenmorangie distillery so it is quite possible they could release a Glenmorangie Duthac, havent heard anything though. |

I too am not familiar with any such offering, but here's a little more information about Tain and St. Duthac:

This is all I know. Info was provided by a previous member of this board.
'The Glenmorangie Duthac release is the second installment to duty free market, followed by a final one later in the year.'

So I have been able to locate a bottle from the distillery. They also have been released on various European Duty free shops. |

I tasted the new Glenmorangie Duthac which is now appearing on the shelves at airports. You can read my review here:

Cheers for your review William, quite a low score you have given it considering it checks out a £60 a bottle. |

Mark, a rating of 82 on Jim Murray's scale for example is interpreted as "good whisky worth trying". Fascinating that Jim rates the Glenmo 30 at 72 "usually drinkable but don"t expect the earth to move". It's all relative in the end based on individual tastes. _________________ "Always carry a large flagon of whisky in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake."
