Despite the postage from Holland (15.95 euros), this company has some decent prices. It's worth it if you buy several bottles.

Have just bought Aberlour A'bunadh batch 62 (49.99). They also have good priced decent sized samples of 6cl, e.g Glenfarclas 105 at 3.49 (all prices in euros). A well-known retailer in the UK charges 5.32 (sterling)for only 3cl. of this.

They have monthly specials & also a decent range of beers e.g. Karmeliet at 1.85 euros. I'm not on commision btw!

Did the order go ok??,
Have seen a couple of bottles on there at decent prices but was also wondering if legitimate.

Just had this e-mailed to me today, there is postage & packing of 15 euros, but they have some great offers and a good range so can save a fair bit

I was about to order this then noticed tht they also gave other batch numbers available. They have this, the 63, a 62 and a 56 & 58. Is there any real difference, is one better than the other?

I am also tempted by the Springbank 15 does anyone have any thoughts on that as well please?

Many thanks

Have tried a couple of aberlour batches in the past and not too much difference, they seem pretty consistent in the batch release.
Springbank 15 is a nice drop as well. but at the sale price got to go for the Aberlour A'Bunadh

Interested in ordering some stuff from here and perhaps some of the other Dutch outlets such as the Whiskybase shop. Can anyone tell me whether they get hit with excise on their orders from these places? Can't seem to figure how it works.

Not until we Brexit and even then a trade deal may mean there is still no duty.

Thanks, that's great. Ever try reading the customs guidelines on this stuff? Shocked

I was aware that import duty was taken care of, but feared I may still be liable for the per-litre rate of excise duty. This makes the Dutch prices pretty decent for some interesting bottles.

Thanks again.

Have brought from them 3 or 4 times now, never had any issues with any import tax and usually delivered in 3-4 days.
