Has anybody tried this edition already? My local store has two bottles for me coming that were ment for the Asian market. Is there a diffrence in the whiskey or only a diffrent bottle? The price is about 32 Eurodollar, what seems fair. |

Hi Eric
I was refering to the Bushmills 1608 400th Anniversary edition which was just released in April 2008
.
But there was already a Bushmills 1608 Reserve available from duty free shops as seen here:
http://www.scotchmaltwhisky.co.uk/shop/product/6/4650/Bushmills-1608-Reserve.htm
You will notice this sells cheaper than the new 400th Anniversary edition.

I was lucky enough to receive the new Bushmills 1608 400th Anniversary edition as a gift and IMO it is a excellent.

400. anniversary of the distillation is celebrated around Bushmills in 2008. Not really a distillation Bushmills, you know, this applies to grant the license within a single distillation of English settlers, Sir Thomas Phillips, as part of King James VI and I's attempt to take advantage of his new territories. But as good as you need an excuse to party, and we will not quibble if it means more good things to Bushmills. This raises two interesting things: first, Blended Scotch Whisky Irish generally more straightforward than his colleague. Many have chosen the less active distilleries, it is inevitable, and the mixing of the recipes are much simpler than those found in Scotland. _________________ translation services |
