I recently obtained the 10th Anniversary edition of this book, 2012 and have really enjoyed this hard cover text by Pavilion whose byline is "Choosing single malts by flavor". The flavour vocabulary starting on page 264 is excellent and extremely useful. I love the book. It's review of a myriad of single malts is spot on. |
