Excellent account of a distillers life, charting John's career with various parent companies and their distilleries including Balvenie, Laphroaig and Springbank.

Given the history of those three and the associated stories of the characters and individuals who made these distilleries what they are, it makes an fascinating read..

Well recommended if you haven't read it..
