| A whisky shouldnt change if it has remained sealed in the bottle, once opened for a while and as the level of whisky in the bottle drops its flavour profile can change.a little. |

| Hi Patty and welcome to the world of whisky. Whisky only ages in the barrel it is matured in, it stops aging the second it is removed from the barrel and filled into the bottle. |
