I would suggest you would be better at a specialist whisky auction with bottles of this value, it would also give yourself and the buyer a level of protection with such high value bottlings.

I am surprised to see scores this low for the Glenfiddich 12,15 and 18, i would rate them around 10 points higher.Same here, Glenfiddich do not turn out anything this bad in my experience.

There are plenty to choose from, I would say if you want to try Ardbeg start with the Ardbeg 10 others to look at are Laphroaig 10, Caol Ila 12 Kilchoman Machir Bay. Most can be found on offer online ...

I would agree with Keith the Glengoyne 25 is very special, certainly superior to the 21. It is quite a jump in price but if money is no object it is as I said something special.
