Description: This is a very endearing, subtle malt which has a strong peat nose, this is a curious but superb marriage of Japanese grain whisky with Islay malts and it really delivers. Brilliant.
Tasting Notes: The colour is yellow gold. The nose is elegant and fresh. A peaty and medicinal character. Hint of fruit, flowery (violet) and some chocolate. On the palate you get smoked malted barley and honey. Then dry grass and peat smoke. The finish is long revealing floral notes, smoky and medicinal notes.
