Description: This unique bourbon is a genuine sour mash of individual character and quality. Which has been aged a minimum of seven years. Interestingly, the barrels can only be used once in the production of bourbon, so each batch requires a new charred oak barrel.
Tasting Notes: A complex nose with hints of vanilla and spice. The taste is sweet and smooth and confirms the vanilla and spices on the nose.
