Description: Aged 10 years in new charred oak barrels for a fuller flavour. This Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey was named after Kentucky's first distiller Evan Williams who began distilling 1783.
Tasting Notes: The nose is just what bourbon should be, very subtle and rich, with vanilla and a little bite of rye. On the palate it is very smooth and sweet with a hint of spice and mint. The finish is smooth with a nice balance between the sweetness of the corn and the bite of the rye.
